What is FlikFix?

  • FlikFix is a monthly subscription box service that brings movie night essentials directly to your door.

What is in the box?

Each FlikFix box comes with what we call "The Bare Necessities" which includes classic theater box candy, popcorn and nachos. You will also enjoy a Gourmet item from a different Gourmet Shop around the country, an International Feature that highlights a snack from a different country every month and then we top-off each box with a sprinkle of mini candies. Your box will also feature fun activities including a collectable FlikFix Movie Trivia Card, crosswords and more. Last but not least, you will receive a FlikFix movie pass, which includes a digital download code from the streaming service that you select during the setup of your subscription to FlikFix. Each month you'll be guaranteed at least one movie rental using your selected streaming service.

How do I sign up?

It is really simple. To get started, Just click on GET STARTED from the main menu  and choose your desired Fix level.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to the US, US APOs/FPOs and US Territories. If your country is not listed, feel free to send us an email with your request and we will work on adding your country to our shipping list at some point in the future!

How do I track my box?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once one is assigned to your box for shipment. You can also view that tracking number once it is assigned, by logging into Your Account and clicking on the Orders tab.

When am I charged for my box?

You will be charged immediately for your first box upon signing up for your new subscription. Afterwards, you will be charged on the 1st day of every month until you decide to cancel your subscription.

How can I change the size of my subscription box?

Simply log in to Your Account, click on "Manage My Subscription" under Account Details. Then select the "Products In Your Subscription" tab and click on "Swap Product".

How do I cancel my subscription?

We'd hate to see you go! However, if there is nothing we can do to change your mind, you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscription". Under "View Details" you would select "Cancel Subscription" to complete the cancellation.
